宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合在不孕症诊治中的应用

目的探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合诊治女性不孕症的临床价值。方法 210例女性不孕症患者采用宫腔镜联合腹腔镜进行检查,并根据术中情况,采取不同的手术方式进行治疗。结果 210例患者中能确定病因者为192例,占91.4%。其主要病因为：192例患者中盆腔粘连48例（22.85%）、输卵管积水36例（17.14%）、子宫内膜异位症31例（14.76%）,三者是女性不孕症的主要病因。108例患者获随访,妊娠率为41.6%。结论宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术能早期明确不孕症病因,在诊断的同时进行相应的治疗,具有重要的临床应用价值,目前是诊治女性不孕症的最好方法。

Application of Hysteroscopy Combined with Laparoscopy in Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility

Objective To evaluate the value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods Two hundred and ten patients with infertility were diagnosed and treated by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.Results The major reasons of infertility were pelvic adhesion,the obstruction of fallopian and endometriosis of pelvis.After operations,the rate of pregnancy was about 41.6% in 108 patients followed up.Conclusion Under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,the reasons of infertility can be diagnosed,and by which patients can be cured.The operation is the best method of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and it has important clinical value.
