| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血的方法和临床效果。方法应用CT定位下血肿穿刺技术,将60例高血压脑出血患者颅内血肿液化,清除血肿。结果全部60例患者经过微创治疗5,4例血肿清除满意,无再出血,死亡6例,死亡率10%。结论微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血近期生存率高,创伤小,并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the minimally invasive treatment of intracranial hematoma method of cerebral hemorrhage and clinical effects.Methods The CT localization hematoma puncture technique,60 cases of intracranial hematoma in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage liquefaction,remove the hematoma.Results All 60 patients after a minimally invasive treatment,54 cases of hematoma were satisfactory,no further bleeding,6 died,the mortality rate of 10%.Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment for intracranial hematoma intracerebral hemorrhage recent survival rate is ligh,less invasive,fewer complications. |
