摘    要:目的比较后路椎体间椎间融合器(cage)融合加椎弓根螺钉内固定术(PLIF)与侧后方植骨融合加椎弓根螺钉内固定术(PLF)治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法研究自2008年3月至2010年3月接受椎弓根螺钉内固定加融合治疗的腰椎滑脱症患者60例,随机分为PLIF组(n=32)和PLF组(n=28),随访6个月~2年,在不同的时间点观察所有患者的腰椎椎间隙高度、腰椎融合率,根据随访的结果对两组进行比较。结果施术的60例患者均获得了完整的随访,结果显示PLIF组与PLF组之间在椎间隙高度、融合率方面差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 PLIF在治疗腰椎滑脱症时在椎间隙高度、融合率方面均明显优于PLF。

Efficacy Comparision of Two Lumbar Spondylolisthesis with Different Surgical

Abstract:Objective A comparison of the efficacy of the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis between the two methods,posterior lumbar Interbody fusion cage(cage) fusion and pedicle screw fixation(PLIF) fusion and the side of the rear side pedicle screw fixation(PLF).Method Study from 60 patients,who received pedicle screw fixation and fusion for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis from March 2008 to March 2010.They were randomly divided into PLIF group(n=32) and the PLF group(n=28),and were followed up for 6 months to 2 years.During this period,all patients' lumbar intervertebral space height and lumbar fusion rate were observed at different time points.Then researcher compared the effects of the two groups according to the results of follow-up.Results The 60 patients have received a complete follow-up,and the study results showed that the PLF group and the PLIF group have significant statistic differences in the disc space height and fusion rates(P0.05).Conclusion PLIF is significantly better than PLF in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis in terms of intervertebral space height and fusion rate.
