早期乳腺癌保乳术后适形调强放射治疗的临床研究

目的研究早期乳腺癌保乳术后适形调强放疗的近期疗效及并发症。方法 2007年1月—2010年1月河南省肿瘤医院收治的46例接受过标准保乳手术的早期乳腺癌患者,均为女性,年龄3150岁,平均34.6岁,进行了适形调强放射治疗,平均随访13个月。结果全部病例无局部复发,无放射性肺炎、肺纤维化的发生。患侧乳房的大小、形状、弹性、乳头和皮肤的感觉与健侧相比,无明显差别。15例患者射野区皮肤出现2度放射性皮肤反应,5例出现腋窝皮肤3度放射反应。结论对早期乳腺癌患者进行三维适形调强放射治疗,达到了提高患者的生存质量,提高肿瘤控制率的目的.

Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy after Early Stage Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of（Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy） IMRT after early stage breast cancer.Methods From Jan.2007 to Jan.2010,46 patients with early stage breast cancer were treated by breast conserving surgery and whole breast irradiation.The age of all the patients was 31 to 50（mean 34.6）.46 breast cancer patients after breast conserving surgery received IMRT which used precise accelerator system of Elekta company and CMS-XIO radiation therapy plan system.Patients were followed-up for an average of 13 months.Results None of the patients had local relapse,radiation pneumonia,pulmonary fibrosis.15 patients had II°radio-skin reaction at the irradiation field.Compared with unaffected part,the size,shape,elasticity of the affected breast had no obvious difference,nor did sense of the skin and mammilla.Conclusion It can be concluded that through IMRT,early-stage breast cancer patients have obtained the better quality of life and ideal tumor controlling rate.
