摘    要:目的探讨健康教育对缓解儿童哮喘发作的影响,为临床治疗、健康教育和临床护理提供相应的依据。方法将2008年4月—2009年4月江苏省中西医结合医院哮喘门诊初次就诊的哮喘患儿随机分为干预组91例和对照组88例。对照组给予常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗基础上进行健康教育的干预,比较两组患儿的哮喘发作次数、急诊次数、住院次数及呼气峰流速(PEF)值。结果干预组患儿随访6个月的哮喘发作次数、急诊次数及住院次数均低于对照组患儿,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。干预组的PEF(占预计值或个人最佳值百分比)值高于对照组,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论健康教育对于缓解儿童哮喘的发作有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of health education to alleviate asthma in children,to provide the appropriate basis for health education and clinical care.Methods Asthma children were randomly divided into intervention group 91 cases and control group 88 cases,in April 2008-2009 years the first time in our hospital asthma clinic visits.Control group received conventional treatment,intervention group was treated on the basis of health education interventions,compared the number of emergency visits,hospitalization frequency and peak expiratory flow(PEF) values.Results Intervention group children were followed up for six months the number of asthma attacks,emergency visits and hospitalizations were lower than control group patients,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Intervention group PEF(percentage of predicted value or a percentage of personal best value) value higher,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Health education for children with asthma attack relief plays an important role.
