阿托品滴眼液控制青少年不同类型近视的疗效分析

目的探讨间断使用1%阿托品眼膏治疗青少年不同类型近视的疗效分析。方法选取了郑州市第二人民医院眼科门诊2009年1月至2010年1月确诊为近视眼且符合纳入标准的患者72例,将其随机分成治疗组（36例）和对照组（36例）,治疗组患者滴用l%的阿托品眼膏,每天3次,每次1滴,连续点3d后停药,每3个月后重复治疗一次。每3个月测定眼调节幅度、屈光度、眼轴随访一年。结果随访过程中,各组近视屈光度都呈增长之趋势,各治疗组与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。各随访时间段,假性近视组、混合性近视组与对照组相比调节幅度具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,真性近视组与对照组相比无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。各组近视患者的眼轴均呈逐渐延长的趋势,但以对照组的增长速率较大,随诊3个月时各组与对照组差值无统计学意义,随诊9个月时各组与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿托品可以通过放松调节、抑制眼轴增长多途径来治疗不同类型的近视进展。

Treatment of Teenagers Different Types Myopia by Atropoine

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 1% atropine in the regular and repetatus treatment of different types myopia.Methods Select patients of myopia 72 cases whose conditions were in line with our standard from 2009.1 to 2010.1 in Dept of Ophthalmology of Zhengzhou Second People＇s Hospital.72 patients with myopia were randomly divided into two groups.Observe the changes of diopter in a year and corelation in the clinical effciency of 1% atropine in the treatment of adolescent myopia with pretherapeutic diopter.Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the changes of diopter in a year（P0.05）.For pseudomyopia,mixed myopia and true myopia,there was significant difference between two groups in the increase value of diopter in a year（P0.05）.There was positive linear correction in the changes of diopter in the treatment of adolescent myopia with pretherapeutic diopter（P0.05）.Conclusion 1% atropine was effective for juvenile myopoia.For pseudomyopia,mised myopia and true myopia,it all can restrain the development of disease,and there was positive linear corellation with pretherapeytic diopter.
