骨科测位仪用于股骨干带锁髓内钉的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察骨科测位仪(基于异形磁体的骨科定位仪)在股骨干骨折带锁髓内钉固定手术中的应用效果。方法用骨科测位仪定位并锁定带锁髓内钉的远端钉孔,治疗股骨干骨折52例,作为试验组;对照组股骨干骨折46例,用瞄准架定位并锁定带锁髓内钉的远端钉孔。观察两组的手术时间,失血量,远端锁钉一次成功率,远端锁钉时间及远期优良率。结果两组比较手术时间、失血量、远端锁钉时间试验组均显著少于对照组(P〈0.05),远端锁钉一次成功率试验组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),远期优良率两组间无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论骨科测位仪用于股骨干骨折带锁髓内钉固定手术,远端钉孔定位快速、准确,缩短手术时间,减少手术创伤,远期疗效满意。

Clinical Study of Using Orthopaedic Deflectometer in Interlocking Nail for Femoral Shaft

Abstract:Objective To evaluate clinical outcomes of using orthopaedic deflectometer(orthopaedic locator based on profiled magnetic body) in interlocking nail for femoral shaft fracture.Method Totally 52 cases with femoral shaft fracture underwent locating and locking the distal holes of interlocking nail by orthopaedic deflectometer.Control group included 46 cases with femoral shaft fracture.They underwent locating and locking the distal holes of interlocking nail by Target frame.Operation time,blood loss,the first-time success rate of distal locking,time for distal locking and the long-term excellent good results reviewed respectively.Result Compared two groups,there was significant difference in operation time,blood loss,the first-time success rate of distal locking and time for distal locking(P0.05).There showed no significant difference with respect to the long-term excellent good results(P0.05).Conclusion Using orthopaedic deflectometer in interlocking nail for femoral shaft fracturecan has achieved short operation time,less blood loss and the long-term satisfactory outcome.
