鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的分析

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔木治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法回顾分析60例患者的临床资料。结果本组60例（60眼），随访6个月～2年，治愈50眼，好转8眼，无效2眼，治愈率89％，总有效率97％，2眼无效为术后造孔处肉芽增生，瘢痕收缩致造孔闭锁。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎手术时间短、组织损伤小、出血少、视野清，具有在鼻内镜下及时清理鼻腔肉芽和同期处理鼻腔病变等诸多优点，同时住院时间短，费用少，无面部疤痕，满足了患者的各种需求。恰当掌握手术适应证、操作仔细、术后按期随访处理，才能获得满意的效果。

Clinical Analysis of Chronic Dacryocystitis in Treatment of Endoscopic Nasal Lacrimal Pore

Objective To evaluate the endoscopic treatment of nasal lacrimal pore effect of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 60 patients.Results Totally 60 patients（60 eyes） were followed for 6 months to 2 years,50 eyes were cured and improved in 8 eyes and ineffective in 2 eyes,the cure rate 89%,97% of the total effective rate,after two ineffective for the pore granulation,scar contraction caused by pore blocking.Conclusion The intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis has less short operative time,tissue damage,less bleeding,clear vision,with clear and timely in the nasal endoscopic treatment of granulation and the same nasal diseases and many advantages,and short hospital stay,cost less,no facial scars,to meet the diverse needs of patients.Appropriate master surgical indications,operating carefully,postoperative follow-up treatment schedule can obtain satisfactory results.
