| 摘 要： | 本文报道近6年来收治的脑血管畸形13例,其中动静脉畸形(AVM)11例,海绵状血管瘤1例,颅内静脉窦畸形1例。临床表现常为头痛、癞痫及蛛网膜下腔出血。手术治疗8例,保守治疗4例,1例拒绝治疗。根据临床资料对颅内血管畸形的分级、手术适应症及其疗效进行了讨论,本组资料表明Ⅲ级以下的病例各式手术疗效均好。

| Abstract: | The cerebrovascular malformations encountered in 13 cases during the last 6 years.Of them 11 were arteriovenous malformations(AVM),l angioma cavernosum and l intracranial malformation of sinus venosus.The most common clinical manifestations are headache,epilepsy and subarachnoid hemorrhage.8 cases were operated on and 4 were treated conservatively. l of thee 13 patients steadily refused treatment.On the basis of our clinical data,the classification of intracranial vascular malformations,the surgical indications and the effects of treatment were discussed.The data showed that the good treating results of the cases classified below stage 3 came from all of their operations. |
