新生儿先天性TORCH感染情况分析

摘    要:目的:了解新生儿弓形虫(TOX)、风疹病毒(RV)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染发生率与危害性。方法:用酶联吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测新生儿TOX、RV、CMV、HSV-IgM/IgG抗体,并进行统计学处理。结果:受检新生儿TOX-IgM阳性率0,IgG阳性率10.5%,RV-IgM阳性率0,IgG阳性率71.9%,CMV-IgM阳性率3.5%,IgG阳性率80.7%,HSV-IgM阳性率1.8%,IgG阳性率29.8%;并有多重感染,两种以上感染者70.1%,TORCH抗体阳性患儿临床表现多种多样,以肺炎、缺氧缺血性脑病、高胆红素血症、颅内出血症、早产儿、小于胎龄儿、新生儿先天性缺陷、全身或局部感染等为主要表现。母亲妊娠期的TORCH感染是造成新生儿感染及先天缺陷的重要原因。结论:新生儿先天性TORCH感染发生率高,可有多重感染,引起多种临床表现,是造成先天性缺陷及死亡的主要原因之一。

Abstract:Objective:To study the incidence rate and hazardness of the inflection of TOX, RV, CMV and HSV.Methods:To detect TOX-IgM/IgG, RV-IgM/IgG, CMV-IgM/IgG, HSV-IgM/IgG by ELISA, then the data were analyzed by statistics.Results:The incidence rate of TOX-IgG was 10.5%, that of RV-IgG was 71.9%. Both TOX-IgM and RV-IgM were not detected. The incidence rate of CMV-IgM and HSV-IgM was 3.5% and 1.8%. While the incidence rate of CMV-IgG and HSV-IgG was 80.7% and 29.8%. We found that multi-inflection was occur in these neonates. 70.1% of them was inflected by two-or-more types of virus. pneumonia, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,Hyperbilirubinemia,intracranial hemorrhage, premature infant, small for gestational age, birth defect and system/local inflection were the clinic representation of neonates who were found TORCH antibody positive. TORCH inflection in pregnancy period was important cause of birth defect.Conclusion:Neonate connate TORCH inflection has a high incidence rate, cause many sever deceases, is the important cause of birth defect and neonate death.
