中央角膜厚度校正前后三种眼压计眼压测量值的一致性分析

目的评价中央角膜厚度（centralcornealthickness，CCT）校正前后Icare回弹式眼压计（Icarereboundto—nometer，Icare）、Goldmann压平眼压计（Goldmannapplanationtonometer，GAT）和PASCAL动态轮廓眼压计（dynamiccontourtonometer，DCT）眼压测量值的一致性。方法比较CCT对Icare、GAT和DCT三种眼压计的眼压测量值的影响程度，同时使用BlandAltman分析对CCT校正前后的Icare、GAT和DCT任意两种眼压计的眼压测量值进行一致性分析。结果Icare、GAT和DCT三种眼压计的眼压测量值与CCT的相关系数分别为：0．341（P〈0．001）和02333（P〈0．001）和0．032（P=0．699），CCT校正后任意两种眼压计之间的一致性界限均较CCT校正前有所缩窄。结论Icare、GAT和DCT三种眼压计的眼压测量值在未经CCT校正之前不能简单互换，但经CCT校正后Icare和DCT的眼压测量值可以互换。

Consistency of the IOP Values Measured with Three Tonometers before and after CCT Correction

Objective To evaluate the consistency of the intraocular pressure （lOP） values measured with Icare rebound tonometer （Icare）, Goldmann applanation tonometer （GAT） and dynamic contour tonometer （DCT） before and after central corneal thickness （CCT） correction. Methods The effects of CCT on the IOP values measured with Icare, GAT and DCT were compared. The consistency among the IOP values was evaluated with Bland-Altman analysis. Results The correlation coefficients of CCT and IOP values measured by Icare, GAT and DCT were 0. 341 （P〈0. 001）, 0. 333 （P〈0. 001） and 0. 032 （P = 0. 699） respectively. The 95% limits of the agreement between every two tonometers after CCT correction were narrower than those before correction. Conclusion The IOP values of the three tonometers can not be interchanged in clinic before CCT correction. However the IOP values of Icare and DCT can be exchanged after correcting according to CCT.
