谷氨酰胺治疗梗阻性黄疸大鼠肠粘膜屏障损伤的实验观察

摘    要:45只大鼠随机分成3组,A组为手术对照组,B组为梗阻性黄疸组,C组为梗阻性黄疸谷氨酰胺治疗组。结果显示,C组肠壁蛋白质和DNA含量明显高于B组(P<0.05)。粘膜厚度、绒毛高度及绒毛表面积等指标C组也明显优于B组(P<0.05),C组在上述组织学观察数据上均与A组相近(P>0.05),且肠道细菌易位率及门静脉内毒素水平明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结果表明,口服谷氨酰胺有助于防治梗阻性黄疸大鼠肠粘膜屏障损伤和肠萎缩,降低肠道细菌易位率及内毒素血症的发生率

Abstract:SD rats were divided randomly into 3 groups: (A) control group undertaken operation; (B) obstructive jaundice group; (C) obstructive jaundice group treated with glutamine. The study showed that in group C, the protein and DNA content of small bowel were increased, the thickness of intestinal mucosa, the height and surface area of intestinal villi were maintained to be normal. The rates of bacterial translocation and endotoxin level in the portal vein of group C were remarkably lower than those of group B. It can be conluded that glutamine can improve gut metabolism, decrease the extent of mucosal atrophy, and assist in the maintenance of the mucosal barrial function.
