CT对迟发性颅脑损伤的诊断价值

目的：探讨CT对迟发性颅脑损伤的诊断价值，使病人得到及时诊断和治疗。方法：搜集颅脑损伤后首次CT检查阴性复查为阴性和首次CT检查阳性复查原病变扩大或出现新病变90例，前8例，后82例。结果：颅脑损伤的迟发性CT表现为脑挫裂伤、脑内血肿形成、脑肿胀、硬膜外及硬膜下血肿、蛛网膜下腔出血、弥漫性轴索损伤及外伤性脑梗塞等。结论：颅脑外伤病人经治疗后未见好转，有加重趋势或突然恶化，应考虑到迟发性病变的可能，CT复查是必要的。

The value of CT diagnosis in delayed cranio- cerebral injure

Purpose To investigate the value of CT diagnosis indelayed cranio - cerebral injure and to give accurate therapy to injured patients in time. Methods 90 cases with the positive result after re - examined CT scans (n = 8) and with the enlargement of the primary lesion or newly -appeared lesion on re - examined CT scans (n = 82) were collected in the study. Results The main CT appearances were cerebral contusion and laceration, cranio - cerebral hematoma, cerebral swelling, sub - dural and epi - dural hematoma, subarachnoid hemorrhage, diffuse axonal injure, and injured infarction, et al. Conclusion The delayed cranio - cerebral injure should be considered and CT scan should be necessary follow if the patients hadn't apparent effectiveness and get more serious.
