Fracture of the body of the hamate bone. Case report |

| Abstract: | A patient with a fracture of the body of the hamate bone associated with a proximal and dorsal subluxation of the fifth metacarpal is reported. Treatment consisted of closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation. A short discussion on fractures of the hamate bone is given. |
