| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院2010年心血管药物的应用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考依据.方法以我院计算机系统2010年心血管药物的用药记录为原始资料,对应用品种数,采用用药频度(DDDs)及销售金额排序法作统计分析.结果血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂和钙通道阻滞剂占心血管药物消耗金额主导,DDDs排序靠前的是抗凝、抗血小板药物.结论 DDDs排序体现了我院心血管药物的使用情况与发展趋势,说明我院2010年心血管药物应用基本合理.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the current application status of cardiovascular drugs in our hospital in 2010 and provide references for rational use of drug in clinic.Methods Using the cardiovascular drugs medical records of our hospital in 2010 as original data,statistical analysis for drug varieties was adopted with DDDs and consumption sort method.Results Angiotensin II receptor antagonist and calcium channel blocker were dominant in cardiovascular drugs.Anticoagulative and antiplatelet drugs occupied the front position in DDDs sort.Conclusion DDDs reflected the use status and trend of cardiovascular drugs in our hospital.It showed that the application of cardiovascular drugs was reasonable in our hospital in 2010. |
