| 摘 要： | 目的建立黄白鼻用凝胶中欧前胡素含量的高效液相色谱测定法.方法 C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为300 nm.结果欧前胡素的线性范围为0.103 3～0.516 5μg,加样回收率为99.5%.结论本方法简便可行,结果可靠,可用于黄白鼻用凝胶中欧前胡素的含量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of imperatorin in Huangbai Nasal Gel by HPLC. Methods Spherisorb C18 column（4.6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm） was adopted with 0.2% phosphoric acid- acetonireile （60： 40） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 300 nm. Results The linear range of imperatorin was 0. 103 3 -0.516 5μg and the average recovery was 99.5 %. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and can be used for the determination of imperatorin in Huangbai Nasal Gel. |
