双原发癌17例临床分析

目的:探讨双原发癌的诊断、治疗、发生因素及预后.方法:对17例双原发癌临床资料进行综合分析.结果:17例双原发癌中,同时癌1例,异时癌16例,16例异时癌进行手术治疗,所有病例均进行放疗和(或)化疗,其中3例失随访,余14例中,生存时间最长60个月,最短12个月,5例目前仍存活.结论:如果对第二癌的治疗原则同第一癌,做到:早发现、早诊断、早治疗,双原发癌患者仍会有较好的预后.

Clinical analysis of 17 cases of bi-primary carcinoma

Objective To explore the diagnosis,treatment,occurrence factors and prognosis of bi-primary carcinoma. Methods To analyze the clinical materials of 17 cases of bi-primary carcinoma. Results Among 17 cases,there was one case of Synchronism-carcinoma and 16 cases of hetero-carcinoma which were operated. All of the cases were undergone radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Except 3 cases out of following-up,in the 14 following cases,the maximum and minimum surviving time were 60 months and 12 months.5 patients were still alive. Conclusion Bi-primary carcinoma will get a good prognosis if we cure the second carcinoma by obeying the curing-rule of the first carcinoma:early finding,early diagnosing and early curing.
