异叶败酱化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的:对异叶败酱( Patrinia heterophylla Bge.)的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:得到3个化合物,分别确定为齐墩果酸( oleanolicacid, I),异叶败酱皂苷A (oleanolic acid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→4)-a-L-arabinopyranoside, Ⅱ)和异叶败酱皂苷B(oleanolic acid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→3)-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2)-a-L-arabinopyranoside,Ⅲ)。结论:3个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of Patrinia heterophylla .METHODS: Compounds were separated by means of solvent extraction and chromatography on silica gel, its structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Three compounds were obtained and elucidated as oleanolic acid(I),oleanolic acid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-a-L-arabinopyranoside(Ⅲ)and oleanolic acid-3-O- β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-a-L-arabinopyranoside(Ⅲ),respectively. CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
