犬舌体传热与中医舌诊机制的实验研究

目的从中医舌诊客观化角度出发,结合中医舌诊机理进行生物传热学研究.方法在测定全舌血液灌注率等参数的条件下,研究犬舌动脉血液温度与血管面积的分布对舌横截面积温度场的影响,并用有限元法数值模拟计算出犬舌不同横截面积的温度场,并计算出不同血流量、不同血液温度时的舌断面温度场,探明舌面温度场与横截面温度场、舌血流灌注率之间的关系.结果在全舌血液灌注率一定时,舌体内部温度分布主要受血管面积和分布的控制,动脉血液温度的高低将主要引起温度分布值的变化.结论研究舌血流与舌温度场的关系对中医舌诊机制和生物传热研究有重要意义.

Experimental Research on Relation between Canine Tongue Heat Transfer and Blood Flow Perfusion Rate

Objective: To research the biologic heat transfer from the point of view objectifying the inspection of the tong ue and the theory of the tongue inspection in TCM.Method: Under the condition of detecting blood perfusion rate of the whole tongue etc.the influence of the temperature of artery blood and the density of the vessels in the canine to ngue on the cross sectional temperature field of the tongue were researched.The temperature fields of different cross-sections and the temperature field at the different blood flow and blood temperature were calculated.Then the relat ionship between the temperature field of the tongue surface,the temperature field of the cross sections and blood perfusion rate was studied.Results: If the blood perfusion was constant,the temperature in the tongue was controlled by the distribution and the area of the vessels.And the temperature of the artery blood would mainly cause the change of the temperature value.Conclusion: Rese arching the relationship between the blood flow and the tongue temperature field has an important significance on the study of the biologic heat transfer and the mechanism of the inspection of the tongue.
