| 摘 要： | 目的：研究抗人膀胱癌佐剂疫苗对人体的主动免疫治疗作用，为扩大临床应用提供理论依据。方法：用抗人膀胱癌抗独特型抗体主动免疫治疗膀胱癌病人，同时用生理盐水注射作为对照组，检测血清中人抗鼠抗体的产生情况，并检测治疗前后各项体液免疫指标及NK细胞活性变化。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组病人的免疫指标上升。结论：抗人胱癌佐剂疫苗有增强免疫力的作用，有望成为膀胱癌治疗的一种新的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the active immune therapy of adjuvant vaccine of anti-idiotypic antibody of anti-human bladder carcinoma in clinic for furmore application.Methods Patients of bladder carcinoma were actively immunized with anti-idiotypic antibody.The contrast group were injected with salt water.TNF,IFN,IL-2 and NK cells in serum were examined before and after the active immunity.Results Immune index of active immune patients increased.Conclusions Active immunity of anti-idiotypic antibody could enhance immune function.It may be a useful assistant therapeutic method. |
