三维适形放射治疗非小细胞肺癌45例

目的探讨3DCRT对高龄NSCLC患者的临床疗效。方法45例非小细胞肺癌患者，采用三维适形放疗，剂量DT总量64-70Gy，放疗后2个月～3个月行胸部CT检查评估疗效。结果45例患者中，CR15例，PR25例，SD3例，PD2例，总有效率89．0％；不良反应主要是放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎，白细胞减少，多属Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，经对症治疗后恢复。结论三维适形放射治疗对高龄非小细胞肺癌患者疗效较好，且不良反应较轻，可以耐受。

Three-dimensional conformal therapy for 45 patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma

Objective To discuss therapeutic effect and side effect of three-dimensional conformal radio- therapy （3DCRT） in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 45 patients with non-small cell lung cancer received three--dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3DCRT）, DT 2.0Gy/T,5T/W,the overall DT 64~70 Gy;CT examination was performed in the 1 to 3month followed-up period to verify the therapeutic effects.Resuits Among 45 patients, 15 patients were CR,25 patients PR, 3 patients SD,2 Patients PD,Total effective rate （ CR＋PR ）was 89.0%.The main side effect was radioactive pneumonitis, radioactive esophagitis, neutropenia, But they were tolerable.Conclusion 3DCRT was an effective and tolerable regimen for treatment of elderly non-small cell lung cancer.
