太子参研究现状与研发趋势

太子参含环肽类、糖苷类、挥发性物质、脂肪酸及酯类等化学成分,具有心肌保护、免疫增强、抗氧化、抗应激、治疗糖尿病及止咳等药理作用,是儿科临床组方常用中药。近两年来,太子参价格一路攀升,成为市场上的热门药材之一。文中综述了太子参化学成分、药理作用等方面的研究现状,同时指出太子参今后的研究重点应集中于阐明太子参功效物质基础、揭示种质(遗传)及生态环境对太子参品质形成的影响。

Research status and trends of pseudostellariae radix

Pseudostellariae radix is a frequently-used traditional Chinese medicine for children.It consists of various types of chemical constituents,including cyclic peptide,glucoside,svolatile ingredient,fatty acid and esters.Researches have shown that pseudostellariae radix has a protective effect on myocardial function and immune function,and anti-oxidative,anti-stress,anti-diabetic and antitussive effects,and other pharmacological actions.In the last two years,the price of pseudostellariae radix rose remarkably and became one of the hottest traditional Chinese medicines in market.Based on searching domestic and foreign documents,this paper gives a systematic summarization on the chemical compositions and pharmacological actions of pseudostellariae radix.The material base of the efficiency,the significance of ecological environment and germplasm resources to pseudostellariae radix should be the focus of further studies.
