| 摘 要： | 本文对近年来浙江省杭州市实行药品集中招标采购中出现的问题进行分析和探讨,提出加强药品价格管制和改革招标采供机制,扩大政府定价和适用药品的范围,推进“三医”改革同步,完善补偿机制,切断药品收入相关利益链等建议。

| Abstract: | Issues of pharmaceuticals purchase by public bidding in Hangzhou City were analyzed. Pharmaceuticals purchase by public bidding could not restrict drug using in hospital. The policy goal of pharmaceuticals purchase by public bidding conflicted with hospital operation mechanism. So decreasing drug price could not decrease drug expenditure. Drug price regulation was considered to be strengthened,drug purchasing and provision mechanism was considered to be improved and hospital compensation mechanism was considered to be reformed. |
