| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定奥替溴铵含量和有关物质。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);流动相:含3 mmo1.L-1庚烷磺酸钠的0.3 mo1.L-1三水合醋酸钠缓冲液乙腈甲醇(体积比为30∶70∶20)(乙酸调节pH值至6.0);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:293 nm。结果在选定的色谱条件下,有关物质与主药分离良好,奥替溴铵在10.0~100.0 mg.L-1内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7。结论方法可用于奥替溴铵含量测定及有关物质的检查。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content and related substance of otilonium bromide.Methods The separation was performed on a Diamonsil ODS column(4.6 mm×(200 mm),5 μm),the mobile phase was composed of sodium acetate trihydrate buffer(0.3 mol·L~(-1))containing(3 mmol·L~(-1)) of 1-heptanesulfonic acid monohydrate sodium-acetonitrile-methanol(V∶V∶V= 30∶70∶20)(pH was 6.0),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1),the determination wavelength was set at 293 nm.Results Using this method,otilonium bromide and its related substances could be absolutely separated.The liner range of the otilonium bromide was 10.0-100.0 mg·L~(-1)(r=0.999 7).Conclusions The results show that otilonium bromide and its related substances can easily be determined by HPLC. |
