| 摘 要： | 目的:验证新开发的血液成分比容测定装置(STS-6100)测定红细胞压积(Hct)和血红蛋白(Hb)与其他几种常用仪器相比较,其测定结果的相关性和一致性.方法:选择预计出血量大于400 ml,术中可能会输血的择期手术患者25例.在不同时点采血(2.5ml/次),对于同一份血样,应用STS-6100和其他几种仪器分别测定Hct和Hb.在准备给患者输血前,将患者的术前血液学资料和术中液体出入量的情况告知主刀外科医师和麻醉医师,请他们分别估计患者即刻的Hb水平和出血量,并作好记录.结果:STS-6100与全自动血液分析仪SYSMEX XE-2100相比,测定结果具有较好的相关性(Y=0.9172 X1+2.165:Y:SYSMEX-2100测定Hct的结果;X1:STS-6100测定Hct的结果,r=0.95,P＜0.0001)和一致性,i-STAT血气分析仪次之,而外科医师和麻醉医师对Hb的估计最不准确.结论:新仪器STS-6100与目前临床常用的几种测定Hct的仪器相比,测定结果可信,方便快捷,耗材成本低廉.
