慢性阻塞性肺病人红细胞膜和血浆胆固醇、载脂蛋白A_1、B_(100)的改变及相关性探讨

本文对慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）患者红细胞膜（RBCm）及血浆总胆固醇（T－ch）、载脂蛋白（Apo）A1、B100进行了测定分析，并同55名健康人作对照比较．结果显示：慢性阻塞性肺病患者RBCm的胆固醇、ApoA1明显高于健康组（P＜0.001），ApoB100明显低于健康组（P＜0.01）；血浆中ApoA1明显低于健康组、ApoB100明显高于健康组（P＜0.01）．直线相关分析显示RBCm脂质成份改变与血浆脂蛋白水平有明显相关性，结果表明COPD患者在在脂质代谢紊乱并与RBCm脂质成份改变密切相关.

Studies on the Correlation Between Cholesterol, ApoA_1 and ApoB_(100) in RBCm and that in Plasma of COPD Patients

We detected cholesterol (Ch) apolipoprotein (Apo) A1 and ApoB100 in red blood cell membrane (RBCm) and plasma of chronic obstructive puimonary disease (COPD) patients,comparing to 55 healthy adults. The results showed :Ch and ApoA1 in RBCm of COPD patients were obviously higher than that of healthy group (P<0.001), and ApoB100 was obviously lower than that of healthy group; ApoA1 in plasma of COPD patients was obviously lower than that of healthy group (P<0.01). Study of relationship showed: there was obvious correlation betweeb the chane of lipid in RBCm and the level of plasma lipoprotein. The results showed: there was close correlation between the metabolism disorder of lipid in COPD patients and the change of lipid in RBCm.
