| 摘 要： | 目的观察自拟方咳喘宁治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择298例支气管哮喘患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组152例给予自拟方咳喘宁治疗,对照组146例给予桂龙咳喘宁胶囊治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的哮喘症状评分,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者白天及夜间哮喘症状评分间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组白天及夜间哮喘症状评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自拟方咳喘宁可减轻支气管哮喘患者的哮喘症状,其疗效优于桂龙咳喘宁胶囊。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kechuanning on patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 298 cases with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two group:the treatment group(n=152) was treated with Kechuanning,and the control group(n=146) was treated with Guilongkechuanning capsule;The symptom score and clinical therapeutic effect were observed in both group before and after treatment.Results Before the treatment,there were no significant difference in the day and night symptom score between two groups(P>0.05);After the treatment,the symptom scores of treatment group was decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).The curative effect in treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Kechuanning can relieve the symptoms of asthma and its curative effect is super to Guilongkechuanning capsule. |
