| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乙型肝炎患者HBV－DNA与血清e系统的关系。方法：用PCR和ELISA法分别检测135例急、慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中HBV－DNA和HBsAg、抗－HBs、HBeAg、抗－HBe、抗－HBc。结果：e抗原阳性组与e抗体阳性组，HBV－DNA阳性率差异有显著性（P＜0.01）；但与各临床类型间差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论：HBV－DNA阳性多见于活动性乙型肝炎患者，且与e抗原表达水平有一定关系。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between HBV-DNA and e antigensystem in serum in patients with hepatitis B.Methods:HBV-DNA and HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb in serum of 135 patients with acute and chronic hepatitis B were tested by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:There was higher significant difference for positive rate of HBV-DNA between in the group of HBeAg(+) and in that of anti-HBe(+)(P＜0.01);but there was no significant difference among clinical types (P＞0.05).Conclusions:HBV-DNA positive was common in active hepatitis B and tighly related to the expressive level of HBeAg. |
