胆囊癌45例超声诊断分析

目的总结胆囊癌的声像图特征,探讨超声在此类疾病中的诊断价值。方法分析总结胆囊癌45例的声像图特征及有关资料。结果对45例胆囊癌的超声表现和误诊原因进行分析,确诊37例,诊断准确率82.22%;误诊8例,误诊率17.78%。结论超声对胆囊癌的诊断有较高的确诊率,有一定临床应用价值。对可疑病例仔细分析可降低误诊率,提高超声诊断准确率。因此,超声对胆囊癌的诊断及鉴别诊断有很大价值,可为临床诊疗提供可靠的信息。

Study of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cholecystoma with 45 cases

Objective To study the characteristics of cholecystoma on sonograms and evaluate ultrasonography diagnostic value for cholecystoma. Methods The sonographic characteristics in 45 cholecystoma patients were studied. Results to explore the ultrasonographic character of cholecystoma and to analyze the reasons of misdiagnosis,37 cases were diagnosed as cholecystoma,accuracy rate is 82.22% ,and misdiagnosis 8 cases the rate is 17.78%.Conclusion ultra-sonography has a high accuracy rate on cholecystoma,can decrease the misdiagnosis rate on suspected cases after careful analysis. ultra-sonography played a very important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cholecystoma and can provide reliable information for the diagnosis and treatment of cholecystoma.
