| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是高职教育培养技能型人才的重要内容，是国家倡导的、符合高职教育规律的有效举措。然而，在现实操作中，顶岗实习中存在一些问题和不足。对实习中存在的问题进行讨论，并结合我校顶岗实习情况提出解决这些不足之处的对策。
