无指征剖宫产影响因素调查

目的探讨无剖宫产指征孕妇选择剖宫产的原因，为降低剖宫产率提供依据。方法采用通过我院产科专家自行设计审定分娩相关的问卷调查表进行调查。通过对产妇的年龄、职业、文化程度和家庭经济、费用支出、选择剖宫产的主要原因等方面对无指征剖宫产孕产妇分娩方式的影响进行了数据收集及分析。结果无指征剖宫产产妇选择剖宫产与其对分娩顾虑、担忧及恐惧有关。产妇及产妇家人无自然分娩的正确专业知识，担心自然分娩的不确定因素对产妇、胎儿造成危害。结论针对产妇分娩时的不同心理问题，加强产前宣教，使孕妇早期树立经阴道分娩的信心，同时提高医疗技术水平，有利于降低剖宫产率，保障母婴安全。

Influential Factors for Cesarean Section on Maternal Request.

Objective To investigate the influential factors for cesarean section on maternal request, and explore counter- measures to reduce the rate of cesarean section. Methods To investigate by the questionnaire survey about delivery designed and validated by our hospital obstetric experts. Collect the data about maternal age, occupation, education, family economic status, expenses and main reason and analysis the Influential factors of the mode of delivery for pregnancies without medical indications . Results The main factors for cesarean section on maternal request is related to theirs concerns, worries and fears on vaginal de- livery . Maternity and her family is lack of the correct expertise about vaginal delivery and anxious about some uncertain factors would be harm to herself and neonate. Conclusion Strengthen health education of natural childbirth according to the different maternal psychological problems an~t establish their confidence about vaginal delivery as soon as possible, while improving the level of medical technology, those methods would be helpful to reduce the rate of cesarean section and ensure maternal and neonatal safety.
