腹腔镜手术剥离卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢成熟畸胎瘤(皮样囊肿)剔除术的临床价值。方法对89例需行皮样囊肿剔除术患者随机分为两组,腹腔镜组(45例)与开腹手术治疗组(44例)。比较两组术中、术后及随访的各项临床指标。结果腹腔镜组术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后病率、住院时间均低于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间、术中囊肿破裂机会的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下皮样囊肿剔除术具有创伤小,术中出血少,术后恢复快等优点,是一种较为理想的手术方法 ,值得推广。

Clinical analysis of mature ovarian teratoma removed by Laparoscope

Objective To study the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery for mature ovarian teratoma(dermoid cyst)removed.Methods Totally 89 patients with dermoid cyst needed the surgery to remove were randomly divided into the laparoscopic group with 45 cases and laparotomy group with 44 cases and postoperative and follow-up of clinical indicators were compared.Results Intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exsufflation time,postoperative morbidity and hospitalization time of laparoscopic group was significantly lower than those of laparotomy group that the difference was significance(P<0.05).The difference of operative time and the incidence of intraoperative cyst rupture were not statistically significant(P>0.05)between two groups.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery of dermoid cyst removed is an ideal surgical method with the advantage of less trauma,less bleeding,less time of postoperative recovery that it is worth spreading.
