| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对肾脏肿瘤诊断的价值。方法:对22例经手术及病理诊断的肾脏肿瘤声像图和彩色血流进行回顾性分析。结果:22例肾脏肿瘤中透明细胞肾癌17例;乳头状肾细胞癌1例;肾盂移行细胞癌1例;肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤2例;出血性肾囊肿1例;均有手术及病理结果。结论:彩色多普勒超声能显示各种肾脏肿瘤的声像图和血供特点,为临床诊断提供了重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of renal neoplasms. Method Color Doppler ul- trasound was performed on 22 cases with renal neoplasms and the uhrasonographic features were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 22 cases,there were 17 cases of transparent cell renal carcinoma, 1 case of papillary renal cell carcinoma, 1 case of transitional cell carcinoma,2 cases of angiomyolipoma and 1 case of hemorrhagic renal cyst. All cases were confirmed by operation and pathological re- sults. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound displays gray scale characters and blood flow features of renal tumors and provides important practical value for clinical diagnosis. |
