胫骨Pilon骨折的延期手术治疗

目的:探讨延期切开复位内固定术治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的可行性.方法:回顾分析2000年3月至2005年7月收治的局部软组织损伤恢复后再行切开复位内固定术治疗胫骨Pilon骨折20例的临床资料.结果:骨折愈合时间8～30周,平均14周.全部病例均获得随访,随访时间平均3年,踝关节评分优良率85%.2例(10%)术后并发局部软组织炎症,通过换药等局部处理后治愈.结论:采用延期切开复位内固定术治疗胫骨Pilon骨折,能有效减少软组织并发症并获得较好的踝关节功能恢复.

Delayed Operation Treatment of Pilon Fracture

Objective:To analyze the results of distal pilon fractures treated with delayed open reduction and internal fixation.Methods:From March 2000 to July 2005,20 pilon fractures were performed delayed open reduction and internal fixation after soft tissue recovered.Results:All patients were available for follow-up at an average of 3.1 years.The excellent and good rate was 85%.2 patients(10%)were complicated with superficial infection,which were succesfully treated by local dressing changes.Conclusion :This Two-stage treatment protocol for pilon fracture has some advantages of fewer complications and good function.
