| 摘 要： | 用ＥＣＨＯ方案与ＥＣＨＯ／ＣＥ（ＰＥ）交替方案治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌５０例，ＥＣＨＯ单纯组治疗２８例，交替组治疗２２例，结果总有效率、１和２年生存率及中位生存期单纯组为７８．６％、５０．０％和７．１％及１１个月，交替组为７７．３％、５４．５％和９．１％及１２个月。结果交替组与单纯组相比疗效与生存期未显示明显的优越性。

EFFECT OF TWO THERAPEUTIC REGIMENS ON PATIENTS WITH EXTENSIVE ADVANCED SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER |

| Abstract: | patients with extensive advanced small cell lung cancer were treated by ECHO and ECHO/CE(PE) chemotheopy regimen. 28 cases were only given ECHO regimen and 22 cases were given ECHO/CE(PE) alternative regimen. The results showed that total response rate, 1 to 2 years survival rates, middle survival times were 78.6%, 50.0%, 7.1% and 11 months for ECHO group,and 77.3%, 54 4%, 9.1% and 12 months for ECHO/CP(PE) group respectively. Making a comparison between the two groups, the difference in effect and survival rate was not significant. |
