孕妇产前血液指标常规检测结果及意义

目的:探讨孕妇产前血液指标常规检测结果及意义。方法:血常规用BECKMANCOUTERACTdiff检测;生化肝、肾功能用BECKMANCOULTERCX9检测;乙肝三对、抗HIV、抗HCVET用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测;梅毒抗体用甲苯胺红不加热血清实验检测。结果:孕妇产前血液指标常规检测能够发现各项异常指标;结论:孕期进行血液指标常规检测能够做到早发现、早诊断、及时处理异常情况,以提高围产期的保健质量。

The Evaluation of Blood Teste in Prepartal Gravida

s:Objective To study the abnormal results of blood tests and analyie the significance of the results in,prepartal gravicla.Methods:Blood cell was tested by Beckman Coulter ACT diff;blood biochemical analysis,the fanctional targets of liver and kidney were done by BECKMAN COULTER CX9;human hepatitis Bvires,anti-human immunodeficiency virus and anti-human hepatitis Cvirus were tested by ELISA;antibody of syphilis was evaluated by TRUST.Results Some abnormal results of blood teste could be found when gracida were done the tests during prepartum.Conclusions the Abnormal condition of gravida could be found when they were done the series of blood tests during prepartum.And the results could help the obstetrics improve the puality of perpartam.
