| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨舌部腺样囊性癌(ACC)的临床特点和治疗效果.方法 回顾分析天津医科大学附属肿瘤医院25例舌部ACC患者的临床和随访资料.结果 在25例患者中,20例行手术治疗,随访时间2～24年,拒绝手术并失访者5例,采用直接法统计分析3、5、10和15年的生存率分别为78.95%、58.82%、28.57%和10.00%.结论 舌部ACC不易及时确诊、肿瘤生长缓慢、易复发且伴有远处转移,故手术切除应彻底.

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical features and the treatment results of glossal adenoid cystic carci-noma(ACC). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 25 patients with ACC of the tongue by their clinical manifestation,the therapy and follow-up information. Results There were 20 patients of operation,and 5 patients refused it and lost of following-up. The patients of operation were followed up from 2 to 24 years.
