| 摘 要： | 目的研究胃黏膜(中、重度)异型增生、肠上皮化生及异型性囊性扩张三种癌前病变与胃癌发生的关系。方法对1004例胃镜活检患者进行随访及相关性研究。结果异型增生274例中胃癌144例(52.6%),肠化生患者536例中胃癌32例(5.97%),异型性囊性扩张194例中胃癌20例(10.3%)。结论中、重度异型增生,肠上皮化生及异型囊性扩张与胃癌的发生存在密切关系,临床医生要高度重视这三种癌前病变。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between gastric cancer and the atypical hyperplasia,intestinal metaplasia and atypical cystic dilatation of gastric mucous membranes.Methods 1004 patients undergoing gastroscopic biopsy were followed up and studied.Results Among 274 cases of atypical hyperplasia,there were 144 cases of gastric cancer.Among 536 cases of intestinal metaplasia,32 cases were diagnosed having gastric cancer.Among 194 cases of atypical cystic dilatation,gastric caner was ascertained in 20 cases.Conclusion There is a close relationship between moderately or highly atypical hyperplasia,intestinal metaplasia or atypical cystic dilatation and gastric cancer.Doctors must pay attention to the three patterns of precancerosis. |
