ACE基因I/D多态性与糖尿病血瘀证的相关分析

摘    要:探讨血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因插入或缺失(I/D)多态性与糖尿病血瘀证的关系。选择糖尿病血瘀证患者105例、非血瘀证95例和对照组105例,应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法检测ACE基因I/D多态性。结果显示:3组II、ID和DD基因型总的分布有显著性差异(P=0.047);经卡方分割,糖尿病血瘀证组ACE-DD基因型频率22.86%,高于非血瘀证组(12.63%)和对照组(8.57%),差异显著(P=0.004);多项logistic回归分析,ACE-DD型人群患糖尿病血瘀证的相对危险度为2.912。结论:ACE-DD基因型可能是糖尿病血瘀证发病的易感危险因素之一。

Abstract:To explore the relationship between the insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and blood stasis syndrome (BSS) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM).The ACE I/ D genotype in 105 patients of DM of BSS (DM-BSS group),95 patients of DM of non-BSS (DM-non-BSS group) and 105 healthy subjects (control group) were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay. The results showed that the constituent ratio of ACE II,ID,DD genotype was significantly different among three groups (x~2=9.645,P=0.047);partitions of x~2 method presented that the frequency of DD genotype in patients with DM-BSS (22.86%) was higher than that of DM-non-BSS group (12.63%) and control group (8.57%) (x~2=8.359,P=0.004),and multinomial logistic-regression indicated that DD genotype was an independent risk factor for DM-BSS with the reference category of DM-non-BSS group.The odds ratios (OR) of the DD genotypes for DM-BSS was 2.912 (95% confidence interval:1.198 to 7.075,P=0.018) after adjusting for age,gender,creatinine,body mass index (BMI),uric acid and blood fat.Conclusion:DD genotype is associated with the susceptivity to DM-BSS in Chinese.
