补肾利尿合剂治疗肾虚型前列腺增生症的临床观察

目的:观察补肾利尿合剂治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)有效性。方法:采用随机分组对照方法,疗程共8周。症状疗效评价结合国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)和中医病情评分表。客观检查、疗效评价采用经腹B超检测前列腺体积(PV)、膀胱残余尿量(PVR),尿流仪测量最大尿流率(Qmax)。结果:治疗组症状改善优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:补肾利尿合剂治疗前列腺增生症疗效可靠,值得进一步研究。

Clinical Study of BushenLiniao Mixture's Efficacy in Treating Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia of Insufficiency of Nephric Qi

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Bushenliniao Mixture on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.Methods: This was a randomized controlled clinical study.Patients in the first group took Bushenliniao Mixture,and patients in the second group took Cernilton.The duration of treatment lasted for 8 weeks.Evaluation methods: We used Chinese Traditional Medicine(TCM) syndrome score which was in combination with International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS) and Quality of life(QOL) to evaluate symptomatic changes.And we used via-abdominal B-ultrasonic to measure prostate volume and postvoid residue,and uroflowratiometer to measure max uroflowrnetry.Results: Symptomatic score declined significantly in Bushenliniao Mixture group more than in Cernilton group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bushenliniao Mixture's efficacy on benign prostatic hyperplasia is reliable.
