| 摘 要： | 无花果提取液治疗癌性胸水２１例，本品５００ｍｇ由胸腔注入，每周１次，共２～３次、结果总有效率５２．３％，有效者中位生存期７月，无效者中位生存期２．７月（Ｐ＞０．０５）。本品无胃肠道副反应和骨髓抑制，适合于年老、体弱、化疗不能耐受和（或）白细胞低下不能胸腔内化疗的癌性胸水患者。

| Abstract: | Twenty-one patients with pleural effusion from carcinoma were treated with the extractsfrom the fruit of Ficus Carteal.500mg extract of Ficus was injected into pleural cavity once aweek for total 2-3 times.The treatment results: the overall response rate was 52.3%,themedian survival period of the respone patients was 7 months,of the no respone patients 2. 7months (PRO.05).No toxic side effects of gastrointestinal tract and myelosuppression wereseen.It adapted to the patients with malignant pleural effusion who were old,weak and intololerable to chemotherapy or/and could not receive cavity chemotherapy due to leukopenia. |
