| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨消癖健乳胶囊的制备及质量控制标准。方法 利用显微特征对穿山甲、珍珠、全虫进行鉴别；用香草醛-冰醋酸比色法测定西洋参中总皂甙的含量。结果 实验设计合理，测得平均含量为0．692％，重显性好（RSD=2．12％），平均回收率98．30％。结论 本方法操作简便、快速，检测结果准确，重复性好，为消癖健乳胶囊的制备和质量控制的良好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a preparation and quality control method of Xiaopijianru Capsules.Methods Microscopical characters were employed for the identifications of Spuama Manitis,Margarita and Scorpio.The content of gensenosides in Panax quinuefolium L was determined by colorimetry.Results The method was convenient and accurate.The average content was 0.692%.It was reproducible(RSD=2.12%),and the recovery rate was 98.30%.Conclusion This paper provides a simple,quick and reproducible method which is suitable for the preparation and quality control of Xiaopijianru Capsules. |
