外科绿脓杆菌感染与临床

目的 :为探讨临床上绿脓杆菌感染与临床症状之间的关系及药敏反应 ,以指导临床用药。方法 :对外科临床标本进行Vitek -AmeSystem鉴定到种 ,并检测绿脓杆菌对 15种抗生素的耐药性。结果 :绿脓杆菌感染的患者共 5 0人 ,检出 6 1株绿脓杆菌 ,有临床症状者 12例。耐药试验结果表明 :目前临床上应用的丁胺卡那、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、亚胺培南、头孢哌酮 +舒巴坦均显示出良好的抗耐药性。结论 :绿脓杆菌单独感染致病力弱 ,常伴有混合性感染或非医源性继发性免疫缺陷病 (IDD) ,往往不需要针对性治疗

Surgical pseudomons pyocyanea infection in clinical

Objective To study the antimicrobial resistance of surgical infection with pseudomons pyocyance and to direct antibiotics using in clinical.Method Vitek-Ams system were used to examine the resistance of isolataed against 15 antibiotics.Results 50 patients with infection,collected 61 specimans,There were sytmptoms in 12 cases.The results of resistance examinations demonstrated that the resistance to antibiotics were lower.These drugs were Kanamycin,Ceftazidine,Cefepine,Imipenem,Cefperazone sulbactnm.Conclusion The reults suggest that Pseudomons pyocyanea is a bacterium for surtical infection under certain condition,such as IDD,it ability to cause disease is weak,so need no specific treatment.
