| 摘 要： | 目的研究一起农村婚丧宴引起食物中毒案例,为预防类似突发事件的发生提供参考依据。方法进行现场流行病学调查,采集留样食物样品、患者呕吐物、排泻物、肛拭子,厨师肛拭子检测分析。结果本次事件报告发病39例,病例对照研究显示牛肉脯为可能食品,在6份患者肛拭子和牛肉脯及素鸡剩余食品中分离培养出副溶血性弧菌。结论此起事件为居民家中聚餐引起的副溶血性弧菌食物中毒。
