| 摘 要： | 目的对类风湿性关节炎患者血清抗环瓜氨酸肽（CCP）、角质蛋白抗体（AKA）和类风湿因子（RF）进行检测，并对这些抗体间相关性进行探讨。方法采用酶免疫法检测抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体；间接免疫荧光法（IIF）检测AKA；采用乳胶凝集法检测RF；采用卡方检验对结果进行统计学比较。结果RA患者血清中抗CCP阳性率83．3％（75／90），AKA（1：10）阳性率44．4％（40／90），RF（1：20）阳性率66．7％（60／90）。结论虽然RA患者血清中可出现上述三种抗体，但AKA与抗CCP、AKA与RF之间无相关性，而抗CCP与RF之间有相关性。
