西部5省孕产妇保健服务状况的调查研究

为了解西部 5省孕产妇保健服务现状 ,探讨影响孕产妇保健的因素 ,并为进一步改善中国最贫困地区妇幼保健提供一定的科学依据 ,采取单纯随机抽样方法 ,并以问卷形式对西部 5省 40个项目县 730 2名月龄 <36个月的儿童的母亲进行了入户调查。结果表明 ,产前受检率 73.0 % ,产前检查次数的中位数为 3次 ,首次检查月份的中位数为 4个月 ;住院分娩率 2 8.3% ,因费用问题非住院率达 5 5 .9% ;孕产妇保健质量与妇女及丈夫的文化程度、民族种类、年龄、经济状况等有关。贫困地区孕产妇保健需亟待加强 ,妇女保健知识急需提高

The investigative study on health care and service of pregnancy and parturient in 5-provience Western area

To understand the situation on health care and service of pregnancy and parturient in 5 provience Western area and explore the influence factors on this aspect and provide a certain scientific base for further bettering quality of health care of maternal and child in the most poorest area. Randomized sampling method was adopted, 7 302 mothers of children under 36 months were recruited and investigated in light of questionnaires by the way of house to house in 40 item countries of rural west China. The outcome showed: (1) the prenatal examination rate was 73%, mean times were 3 times, mean month of the first examination was in the 4th month. (2) partum rate in hospital was 28.3%, non partum rate in hospital without money was up to 55.9%. (3) the correlated analysis showed that the quality of health care of pregnancy and parturient was associated with culture degree of women and their husband, age, economic situation, nationality, and so on. Suggestion was that it is emergency and necessary to strengthen the health care of pregnancy and parturient.
