摘    要:目的研究正电子断层显像剂2-18F-2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖(18F-FDG)的快速自动化合成与质量控制.方法采用日本住友Sumitomo HM-10回旋加速器,通过18O(p,n)18F核反应和亲核取代反应制备18F-FDG.对制备的18F-FDG进行质量控制研究.结果合成效率大于55%,用TLC法和HPLC法测定化学纯度大于95%,放化纯度大于99%,18F-FDG各项质量控制指标符合药典要求.结论制备的18F-FDG适用于临床.

Abstract:Objective Toinvestigate rapidly automated synthesis and qaulitycontrol of2-deoxy-2-18F-fluoro-D-glucose(^18F-FDG),which is a positron emission tomograghy imaging agent.Methods 18F-FDG was synthesized via nuclear reacion ^18O(p,n) ^18F and on 18O-en-riched water and nucleophilic substitution reaction by Sumitomo HM-10 cyclotron system.We also investigated the quality control of ^18F-FDG.Results The product yield was above 55%,the chemical and radiochemical purity was above 95% and 99% by high-performance liquid chromatograghy and thin-layer chromatograghy respectly.The quality control parameters of ^18F-FDG were standard.Conclusion High-quality ^18F-FDG prepared in this paper is suitable for clinical performance of PET.
