腰痹通胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的：评价腰痹通胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，适应性，安全性和使用注意事项。方法：按中药新药审批办法。对400例腰椎间盘突出症，中医辨证为血瘀气滞，脉络闭阻者，用腰痹通胶囊与腰痛宁胶囊进行临床比较。结果：腰痹通胶囊治疗组疗效优于腰痛宁对照组，在疼痛，压痛，功能障碍等症状和体征分析，两者经统计学处理具有显著性差异。讨论腰痹通胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症优于腰痛宁胶囊。结论：腰痹通胶囊无毒副作用。是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症较好的药物。

A Clinical Study on Treating lumber Disc Herniation with yaobitong jiaonang
