全膝关节置换术后冰敷结合CPM的康复效果观察

目的：研究全膝关节置换术后运用冰敷结合CPM（continuous passive motion）的康复效果。方法：将100例全膝关节置换术后患者随机分为两组,A组术后CPM进行关节功能康复训练,B组运用冰敷结合CPM进行关节功能康复训练,记录静止和活动视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS评分）、膝关节功能评分（Lysholm膝关节评分量表）、术后出血量（引流量）。结果：两组术后12 h、24 h、静止VAS评分、48 h、72 h运动VAS评分、术后1个月膝关节功能评分、术后48 h出血量（总引流量）均有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论：全膝关节置换术后冰敷结合CPM可以在术后早期控制疼痛,减少出血,改善膝关节功能,促进膝关节功能早期康复。

Clinical observation on curative effect of recovery from illness in ice compress and CPM to cure patients post-Total Knee Arthroplasty

OBJECTIVE： To observe the curative effect of recovery from illness in ice compress and continuous passive motion（CPM） to cure patients post-Total Knee Arthroplasty （TKA） . Methods： 100 cases of patients with TKA were randomly divided into two groups, group A （functional rehabilitation training of joints made with CPM） and group B （the training done with ice compress and CPM） ,50 cases in each group. Such items as marks of VAS in static and active times, marks of knee joint functions （ Lysholmknee mark scale） and bleed volume post-operation were recorded. Results ：Therre had significant differenceon items above in two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：To patients post-TKA,ice compress and CPM could earlily control pain,reduce hemorrhage and improve function of knee joints. It had effect of promoting early rehabilitationin knee joints＇ function.
