摘 要: | 在普外科七年制学生中应用以问题为基础的教学方法(PBL)结合循证医学思想实施临床教学,并与单纯PBL教学组进行比较。PBL+循证医学组学生在选择、分析、使用文献资料解决临床问题的能力方面较单纯PBL组明显提高。该教学法有利于培养学生正确的外科临床思维方法,增强发现、分析、处理临床实际问题的能力。

Abstract: | PBL combined with EBM has been performed in surgery clinical teaching. The grades of references and the abilities of students for solving clinical problems in the PBL + EBM group are significantly higher than that in the PBL group. Combination of PBL combined with EBM can improve students' ability of finding, analyzing and solving clinical problems. |
